While many would consider running a $3 million company with offices across Australia and in New York a full-time gig, one entrepreneur has decided to get a new business off the ground while juggling both roles at the same time.

Taryn Williams founded her talent agency WINK Models back in 2007 after a stint in the modelling industry.

Taryn Williams began modeling at 16; with a lucrative nine year career under her belt she experienced the amazing highs of the industry as well as the drawbacks - ridiculously long working hours, poor (or sometimes no) pay, and lack of support from any Union or professional body. But rather than turn her back on the industry, Taryn strived to create a safe, successful working environment for Australian models and in 2007 founded her own agency, WINK.
